Team North Somerset is a collaboration of private, public and voluntary organisations that are working together in partnership to support the people across North Somerset who are facing multiple challenges.
- These challenges might include:
- Caring responsibilities
- Homelessness
- Ex-offending
- Drug or alcohol recovery
- Few or no qualifications
- Family, parenting or relationship problems
- Mental health
- Learning difficulties and/or disabilities
Our free and conditional services and support can help you to progress through learning new skills, gaining a qualification, gaining work experience or volunteering.
We have our own hub in Weston-super-Mare within the Winter Gardens where the team is based, and this is where many of our activities take place.
Our offering is available in locations across North Somerset, in areas such as: Portishead, Clevedon and Banwell. We will meet you in a range of places such as a coffee shop, library or even a garden centre.

- CV building
- Interview prep
- Confidence building
- Virtual workplace
- IT skills
