the wellbeing of those in need of additional support to improve their quality of life. We provide therapeutic interventions, training and consultancy
services and maintain an ethos of participation, inclusion, and flexibility throughout our work to help organisations and individuals journey beyond their
expectations.

Services

We offer several services which are on offer to the West of England partners: therapeutic song writing, Jungian sandtray therapy and numeracy & literacy life skill solutions.

Therapeutic Song Writing

Therapeutic Song writing is a unique form of music therapy that enables adults to process their thoughts, emotions and life situations using words and music in order to journey towards wellbeing. When a person engages with the therapeutic song writing process the resultant song is honest, revealing, healing and often opens pathways towards positive change.

Music and song writing is used as the enabling medium to allow this process to develop at a pace that is right for each person.

Therapeutic song writing sessions are facilitated by Matthew Hemson, Jungian Therapist, Trainer with Play Therapy UK, Associate with Wiltshire Music Connect, Volunteer Trainer for “Changing Tunes” charity (music and songwriting in UK prisons) Associate lecturer at UWE (Mental Health Nursing Degree).

Location:
15 Tremes Close, Marshfield, Chippenham, Wilts, SN14 8TB.

Cost: £60 per 50 min session on site or £90 per 50 min session at alternative locations. 1:1 or Group sessions are available. Group = maximum of 3 participants.

Jungian Sandtray Therapy

Rooted in Aetiology and Carl Jung’s theory of Archetypes and Wellbeing, this form of 1:1 therapy enables a person to identify the root causes of behaviour patterns that currently impede their journey towards a desired attainment e.g employment, education, positive relationships.

How does it work? Jungian psychology suggests there are four stages along the therapeutic journey:

Acceptance – accepting that the symptoms of a presenting problem can offer helpful signs towards healing.

Elucidation – enabling the root
causes of these symptoms and conditions to have a clear voice.

Education – working with the therapist to seek potential ways forward.

Transformation – helping each individual engage in a new relationship with their past, present and potential
future.

Archetypes and symbols are used as the enabling medium to allow this process to develop at a pace that is right for each person.

Sessions are facilitated by Matthew Hemson, Jungian Therapist, Trainer with Play Therapy UK, Associate lecturer at UWE (Mental Health Nursing Degree).

Location: 15 Tremes Close, Marshfield, Chippenham, Wilts, SN14 8TB.

Cost: £60 per 50 min session on site or £90 per 50 min session at alternative locations.
