Community Learning is funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and supports wider government policies on localism, social justice, stronger families, digital inclusion and social mobility.

Community Learning focuses on turning around lives and maximising the effect this funding has on the social and economic well-being of the individuals, families and communities who access it.
